ASG AWARDED SIAC "SHEPHEARD HOTEL RENOVATION"
Al-Sharif Group Holding (ASG) awarded SIAC the renovation and extension of "Shepheard Hotel Project" in Cairo.
The project includes renovation of the existing historical building including masonry works, metal works, aluminum works, GRC works, insulation works, metal doors, façade works, finishing works (plastering, painting, gypsum, …. etc).
The project also includes construction and core & shell finishing of new annex building consists of 4 basements and 14 floors.
