Description
Turnkey construction of the upgrade & extension of the ice-cream factory, warehouses and office area.
The total built-up area is 12,000m2.
The contract includes demolition works of 10,000m2, site leveling, civil works, finishing works and MEP works.
The major structural system of the buildings is steel structure.
Contract is on re-measure basis.
