SIAC 's been awarded 15th May Hospital Project in Helwan, Cairo, Egypt.
The contract is turnkey construction contract for a 100-beds-hospital. The total built up area is 25,000m2. Contract includes civil works, architectural works, interior & exterior top finishing works, MEP works, medical gas networks & landscaping.
Contract is on re-measure basis
The owner is Ministry of Health and Population, Egypt
