Description
Core & shell construction for Parcel 14 of Mivida; one of the world-class-standard residential compounds in Egypt.
The total built up area of the project is 55,000 m2.
The project combines 176 twin houses, each twin house consists of a ground floor, one floor and roof.
Contract includes civil works, external finishing works, internal finishing works of the public areas, plot fences and all infrastructure works including water, waste water, electrical and communication networks.
Contract is on lump-sump basis.
