Description
Core & shell construction of an office building with a total built-up area of 11,800 m2. The building consists of 2 basements 2,950m2 each, ground floor 1,350m2, 3 typical floors 1,350m2 each & roof 350 m2. Works comprise earthwork, structural works, exterior finishing, interior finishing & MEP works of the public areas, masonry works, interior plastering, external plumbing works, electrical ducts & junction boxes and landscaping.
The contract is on re-measure basis.
