SIAC Construction has been awarded "Green River Tower – New Capital" Project
SIAC Construction is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the "Green River Tower - New Capital" Project by "Modon Developments".
The project involves the construction of the skeleton of the tower that consists of 3 basements, a ground floor, and 25 floors. The total built-up area is 64,000 m2. The project duration is 24 months.
The tower will feature commercial units in the ground and first floors, service areas in the second floor, administrative units from the third to the 15th floor, and hotel apartment units from the 17th to the 25th floor.
