Total Quality Management (TQM)

Our Total Quality Management is a philosophy, a set of tools and a process whose output yields not only client satisfaction, but stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement. It espouses a "win-win" attitude, differentiates cost versus price, and provides added value.

SIAC has applied the European Business Excellence Model (BEM) for Total Quality Management, implemented the scoring process and maintained a program for Continuous Improvement (CI) with periodical assessment and measuring for achievements and results.

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 provides quality management and a quality assurance system used to control, document, improve, and provide standard compliance to the contract with the client.
