CSR

Corporate Social Responsibility is part of SIAC's vision and strategy; the sustained growth and responsible development of the Company and the society of which we form part, is an inherent principle in all the activities we develop.

SIAC has worked over the recent years on developing a culture based on sustainable development and corporate responsibility.

Value creation

SIAC aims to assure that our investments are profitable while guaranteeing high quality operations and financial soundness.

Clients

SIAC is devoted to client satisfaction; providing solutions for their problems with a high degree of quality, excellence and flexibility, responding to incidents quickly, efficiently and guaranteeing a long lasting and profitable relationship.

In order to ensure client satisfaction, SIAC conducts an annual survey with our clients and consultants for all the ongoing projects. The final report is discussed by the "Steering Committee" (consisting of the top management of the company). This Committee approves an action plan with corrective actions.

Employees

Given SIAC's commitment to excellence, employees assume their responsibilities as part of SIAC's corporate culture. Our employees are a genuine asset to the company and, accordingly, it is necessary to continuously and efficiently invest in their training, professional development and, most importantly the occupational risk prevention policies. SIAC also encourages education in our community by offering internships to recent graduates.

Suppliers

Relying on a strong supply chain is key to SIAC's operations in all production areas. The establishment of lasting and firm agreements with our suppliers leads to increased efficiency and the improvement of operations.

Our acquisition strategy is to use the best technologies, competition, world class products and services, and local content to provide an optimized supply chain base for each project and client. We seek suppliers and subcontractors who understand their obligations and work with us to meet our customers’ expectations.
